This is what The BMS Merchandise keeps about you, and why.

What we collect

Your name, who you are (student, parent or staff), your class, your email address or mobile number, your orders and your messages to the store.

Why we collect it

To run your account, confirm it's really you, prepare your orders, tell you when they're ready and answer your questions. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't sell it.

Who can see it

Store staff at BIBA Magnate High School. When email or text messages are switched on, the companies that deliver them handle your address or number for that purpose.

Your choices

You can correct your details under My account. To see what we hold, or to withdraw your consent and have your account removed, ask at the school store next to the main office or send a message through Help.

Keeping it safe

Passwords and codes are stored only in a scrambled form that can't be read back. Sign-ins and staff actions are recorded so that problems can be investigated.
